All orders are FINAL SALE unless there is a error made by RedWay Extensions. If an error is made by the company you have 3 business days after delivery date to contact us and let us know of any error.

RedWay Extensions is not responsible for any damages done during transit as we make sure all packages are packaged up with the best protection as possible.

RedWay Extensions is not responsible for any lost or stolen items done by the USPS please be sure to contact your local Post Office about any lost or stolen packages. www.usps.com or call 800-275-8777

RedWay Extensions is not responsible for your package being delivered to the wrong address. We advise that you put the correct address at check out. If your package gets mailed to the wrong address it falls on you and you will have to reorder your order.
